Information submitted for a Free Business Analysis may be used to review publicly available aspects of your business's digital presence, such as your website, search visibility, business information, reputation, authority, and readiness for AI-powered search. Information you provide may also be used to distinguish verified business facts from information that is incomplete, inconsistent, or unavailable publicly.

Submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Email Delivery

Website-generated email is sent using our Google Workspace account through the Gmail API. We use FluentSMTP within WordPress to route these messages. Form notifications may be delivered to an email inbox used by Search Engine Profiling so our team can receive and respond to inquiries.

Accordingly, information contained in a form notification may be processed by the email services used to transmit and receive that message.

Technical and Security Information

Like most websites, our hosting, WordPress installation, and security systems may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
