Important: Both payment choices include setup and the stated initial service period. Tiers 1–2 include 2 months of ongoing service; Tiers 3–4 include 3 months. Setup & Start of Service
Setup covers the initial work required to establish, correct, build or configure the services included in your selected plan. Work begins after the required initial payment clears. Where setup is split into installments, those installments remain separate from recurring monthly service, which bills monthly from the initial setup-payment date.
Minimum Service Terms
Get Found is month-to-month. Get Chosen and Own the City have a 6-month minimum service term. Future-Proof has a 12-month minimum service term. The applicable minimum term begins on the initial setup-payment date. After the minimum term is completed, service automatically continues month-to-month until canceled.
Our Commitment vs. Third-Party Placement
SEP commits to implementing and maintaining the technical, content, local, reputation, authority and machine-readable optimization work included in the selected plan that is reasonably necessary to compete for leading visibility and outperform identified competitors' digital presence. Google, Apple, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic and other third-party platforms ultimately determine their own rankings, citations, recommendations, approvals and displays.
Exclusivity
Every active package includes SEP's client exclusivity for one defined primary industry/category within the agreed city or market. SEP will not knowingly accept another active client in that same defined category and market while the client's account remains active and current. The protected category and market are established during onboarding; exclusivity does not automatically extend to related industries, specialties, brands, territories or markets not expressly included.
Website Scope
A plan that includes website creation or redesign includes one initial build/redesign, up to 40 hours of SEP labor and 3–5 revision rounds before final delivery. After delivery, routine updates are limited to the ongoing scope of the selected plan. Custom applications, advanced integrations, e-commerce development, major new functionality, additional redesigns and work exceeding the included labor are separately scoped unless expressly included in writing.
Client Cooperation
Timely access, approvals, accurate business information, brand assets and other requested materials may be required to perform the work. Client-caused delays do not convert completed or in-progress professional services into undelivered services.
PURCHASE & BILLING ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Know What You Are Purchasing Before You Pay.
By submitting payment, the purchaser acknowledges the selected plan, setup fee, any setup installment schedule, recurring monthly fee, applicable minimum service term and the service limitations disclosed on this page and in any applicable written order or agreement. The purchaser authorizes the charges selected at checkout.
Setup fees compensate SEP for onboarding, analysis, configuration, creative, technical and implementation work that begins after payment. Once such work has begun, amounts attributable to work already performed are not refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by SEP in writing. Recurring fees pay for ongoing services during the applicable billing period.
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, customers are requested to contact SEP promptly so billing or service concerns can be investigated and, where appropriate, corrected. A chargeback does not by itself cancel an applicable service agreement or erase amounts legitimately due for services already authorized and performed.
SEP maintains records of orders, payment authorization, communications, work performed, reports, deliverables and account activity to document fulfillment of purchased services. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Common Questions
Is the setup fee the same as the monthly fee?
No. Setup pays for the initial onboarding and implementation phase. Monthly fees pay for ongoing service after setup is complete and fully paid.
When does my regular monthly billing begin?
Tiers 1 and 2 include the first 2 months of ongoing service; Tiers 3 and 4 include the first 3 months. No separate recurring service charge is due during those included months. Regular monthly billing at the plan's stated monthly rate begins after the included service period ends.
Can I cancel?
Get Found is month-to-month. The other plans have the minimum service terms shown above and automatically continue month-to-month after that term. Cancellation does not retroactively cancel completed setup work, earned charges or an applicable minimum-term commitment.
What does SEP guarantee?
SEP guarantees the professional implementation and ongoing optimization work included in your plan, with the objective of building a stronger, more competitive digital presence than identified competitors and pursuing top visibility. Search engines and AI platforms make their own final ranking, citation and recommendation decisions, so SEP does not promise a specific numbered placement.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If your needs grow, SEP can define the additional setup, scope and recurring fee for the upgraded service before the upgrade is authorized.
